Before Order Confirmation
- You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant.
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
After Order Confirmation
- Once the restaurant has accepted and started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
- Cancellation requests after this stage may be declined.
❌ Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The food preparation has already started
- The order is out for delivery
- The delay is due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
