Before Order Confirmation

  • You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

After Order Confirmation

  • Once the restaurant has accepted and started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests after this stage may be declined.

❌ Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The food preparation has already started
  • The order is out for delivery
  • The delay is due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order not delivered
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Poor quality (verified with proof such as images)
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect address provided by the user
  • Failure to receive order due to unreachable contact

⏳ Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of delays, please contact your bank or payment provider

💳 Payment Issues

If your payment is deducted but:

  • Order is not confirmed → Full refund will be issued
  • Transaction fails but amount is debited → Refund processed automatically within 5–7 days

📦 Delivery Issues

  • If the order is not delivered within a reasonable time, you may contact support

📸 Proof Requirement
